BAGUETTES

Baguettes are baked fresh everyday, they are as close to a traditional French as possible while totally gluten-free. Please call in advance to reserve because they do sell fast! The loaves are 24 inches and have a sourdough flavor.

PIZZA DOUGH

Each dough ball weighs one pound and makes a 12” round pizza. To cook, please preheat your oven to 450 degrees, use oil to spread the dough on pizza pan or a baking sheet (the dough is sticky), bake for 15-20 minutes, remove from oven, then add on your favorite sauce and toppings and bake until cheese is melted.

We still carry Kim & Jake’s packaged gluten-free breads and Cookies!
